How I Work

For small jobs, that take less than a full day, I endeavor to complete them in one day.  I want to minimize interruptions in your home!

For bigger jobs, once I begin on your project I will work continuously until completion.  Again, to minimize interruptions and so you can get on with enjoying your new and improved home.

For very small jobs, I encourage my customers to bundle them together.  After all, who doesn’t have a bunch of little things to do around the house?   I have a $150 labor minimum  and you may be surprised how many little things I can get done for that.

Contracts & Disclosures

The Essential Handyman doesn’t scratch a number on the back of a business card with a broken pencil.  All contracts are clearly written out, detailed, and comply with all local, state and federal laws.  My contracts include a detailed scope of work to be performed, approximate dates to begin and complete the job, and the cost of labor and materials.

All work performed by The Essential Handyman complies with the new EPA RRP guidelines for total green compliance.
